It's the one where you turned in Lomax. I read it and sobbed and sobbed and I never even knew the guy. You are a real hero, I don't know HOW you do it. But I sure do see WHY you do it.

Best,

Ky
The Dog Couch.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08679627952175501566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15057396.post-1155739769438895072006-08-16T07:49:00.000-07:002006-08-16T07:49:00.000-07:00Good luck in "college" Lomax!!! I did not cry at GDA but on the way home the tears came falling down had to stop for Chocolate Ice Cream the comfort food on the way home. I am doing much better today.
Kamra has that outspoken poodle as a neighbor too. Also her roommate is Sabation the black Poodle.

DeniseAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15057396.post-1154969069704102352006-08-07T09:44:00.000-07:002006-08-07T09:44:00.000-07:00We were all thinking about you yesterday, and I'm ...We were all thinking about you yesterday, and I'm glad to hear everything went as well as could be expected. We'll continue to pray for you and Amy to get used to being without Lomax, and for Lomax's training to turn out just the way it should. Thank you for letting us into your world for a little while. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15057396.post-1154927476503803862006-08-06T22:11:00.000-07:002006-08-06T22:11:00.000-07:00Wow.. your description of training brought back bo...Wow.. your description of training brought back both Fala's and Vienna's turn ins. Sad. But at the same time, very happy. Vienna was roomates with Raven, her bestest friend there. Someone at GDA told me that they like to kennel the dogs with their friends for two reasons. 1) The dogs will be more comfortable, and 2) The people will be more comfortable crying with their friends in the kennel, and not some stranger. :) Boy was that true! When I turned in Fala, I didn't know anyone at turn in, and her roommate had been turned in a few days early, so I wasn't afraid to cry at all. But when I found out Raven and Vienna were being turned in, I was like, oh crap.. i have to cry in front of Karyn. Luckily for me, Karyn started crying as soon as we reached the kennels. Then I was sobbing right along with her. :)

I'm glad to hear you're doing well though! You've told me numerous times Lomax to you was like Vienna to me. And I know that is a VERY special bond. I'm SO happy he finally got the bond he needed with his raiser. Thank you. :)Jake and Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07580689234798427819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15057396.post-1154924248991254482006-08-06T21:17:00.000-07:002006-08-06T21:17:00.000-07:00Ahhh Jenny- that was a touching post. It made me think of Petey who will go back in a few months probably- a long time, but not long enough.

We're happy to hear that Lomax and Liam get to room with each other- they look so happy in the kennel picture. Also, Lomax looks so gorgeous with his bowtie on!

You've done an awesome job raising Lomax, and we'll be thinking and praying for you. We are excited to read about Ike and your next big bloggy/doggy venture.

Love,
Nat and Mr PeteyNataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06150313684261829081noreply@blogger.com
